SOLUM REAL ESTATE was founded in 2019 with the aim of refreshing and professionalising real estate brokerage south of the Tagus. With a team of managers made up of specialists in the different aspects of real estate brokerage, working side by side with the owner client and presenting all the solutions for the buyer client.
The SOLUM Real Estate logo reflects the essence of the brand: solidity, modernity and sophistication. With a minimalist and elegant design, the logo uses shapes and colours that convey freshness, trust, professionalism and the brand’s commitment to the market in which it operates, south of the River Tagus. The geometric lines symbolise stability and organisation, while the colours chosen evoke credibility and innovation, highlighting SOLUM’s commitment to being at the forefront of the real estate sector.
CORK ® took on the challenge of transforming a brand that belonged to a property chain into an independent brand. It developed a positioning study for this brand in which it defined its new personality, the new name, the logo and the creation of the entire graphic universe of the brand, adapted to the various formats and communication pieces to be used by the agency and all the consultants.
