MILLION GROUP arose from the union of synergies, complementarity and experience of its founders. Susana Ferreira, Armando Fonseca and Soraia Sousa began their collaboration under the matrix of an international brand and decided to create a new concept for the property sector, now present in more than 10 locations.


The creation of the MILLION GROUP brand fulfils all the needs of the company’s three leaders. It was necessary to embody a philosophy and a way of being in the market, new and differentiating, following the culture already created as a team within an international property network. Today the Million Group brand is a national property network with the same personality as a winner.



CORK ® was responsible for the initial brand concept and definition consultancy, transforming its past as a real estate team into the concept and storytelling of a real estate network. Identity design, photography, video, digital, support at events and tools for fundraising, recruitment and expansion of the brand in Portugal.
